J-Ports K.K. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is an Osaka-based company that operates a webpage under https://www.j-ports.com, as well as a Facebook page under https://www.facebook.com/livebrandauction/ (collectively referred to as the “Sites”). This page informs you of our policies as a data controller regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Sites.
We use your Personal Information for transactions, in addition to providing and improving the Sites. By using the Sites, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and important changes to your account and our business operations that affect your past and future purchases, including legal, privacy and security matters.
We also use the email used to pay for items for transactional emails and shipping updates.
We use third-party services such as MailChimp and Mailgun to deliver those emails to you.
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
